Mother Centered Care

We aren’t interested in how strong you are.

We’re interested in how supported you feel.

Community-supported postpartum care. Accessible to all.

Postpartum is not a test of independence.

Postpartum is a season of vulnerability.

And most mothers prepare for the baby.

Very few prepare for themselves.

Postpartum care is prevention.

It protects your mental health.

It protects your relationships.

It protects your capacity to bond and recover.

What Mothers Actually Need

  • To be seen. You are more than a milk machine or sleep-deprived-zombie.

  • To he heard. Cry it out. Lay it on. Feel the feels. It’s normal.

  • Time to breathe. Even ten minutes of peace is gold.

  • Practical help. Meals, laundry, a clean, crisp bed.

  • Validation. Postpartum is a big life-altering event.

  • Community. Moms who’ve lived in the trenches too.

  • Guidance without judgment. Solutions tailored to your life.

Mother Centered Care Means:

Someone shows up for you.

We serve you nourishing meals, make sure you can rest, we provide warmth and empathy, and we never let you feel like you’re doing this alone.

You do not need to prove you need support.

You just had a baby.

That’s enough.

You’re enough.
