Hi,

I’m Ashley and this is my cat Mr. Mittens.

I believe with the right support we can change our habits and live a happier, healthier life. There’s no need to be ‘stuck in a rut’. With Ayurveda routines you will have better sleep, increased energy levels and glowing skin. Postpartum nourishment isn't just for ourselves either, it’s for the entire family. A well nourished, balanced individual will have a much easier time taking care of those around her than an overwhelmed person who’s depleted, hangry and has anxiety.

In Ayurveda you are not what you eat, you are what you digest. So although you may think that raw salad is healthy, it’s not going to support your digestion or deeply nourish you. You may think you need to exercise harder, more often to be healthy but then you may find it hard to focus, have difficulty falling asleep or generally feel more irritable.

Thats where I come in. I bring you what I needed most on my healing journey. Consistent, non-judgmental support as you change your lifestyle one habit at a time. An accountability partner who helps you get back on the path to wellness when you fall into your old ways. Improvement happens one step at a time.
